Could this be allergies?

I've recently developed bags under my eyes and phelgm that won't quit in the back of my throat along with alot of spit and sneezing.... could this be allergies. I know no one can diagnosed me but ya know just checking my options.

Sounds like it could be but then again, it can be a number of things too such as a sinus infection. When my allergies are really bad, I don't get bags under my eyes, but it looks like someone punched me; all black. Have you tried any over the counter allergy meds yet?
