face swelling

hi.im 19 years old.im a girl.and i have a redness on my cheeks and my nose for near 6 years.i went to alot of doctors i thought i have lopus but the result shows that i dont have lopus.i searched alot and i found maybe i have rosea but my doctor told its not rocea too.my skin is so sensitive and about one year and a half ago suddenly i got a terrible swell on my face.it didnt disapear from my face anyway.my face was so swelling that my nobody could see my eyes.i went to alot of doctors they couldnt undrestand the reason i used alot of alergic pills and drugs but it didnt help now its a little better and i dont have that swell that much but my face still swells and it doesnt disapear from my face and when i wake up early in the morning like 5 am it becomes more and more terrible and my face swells much more and it doesnt disapear anyway i really dont know what to do cause this swell is changing the shape of my face.please help me.thx

hi there,thank u very much for ure quick respond.well i have used Letizen 10 mg for some months.i have used cetirizine 10.i have used doxifine for months.but nothing helped me.i have used cool compress i got no results.cause u know its like something watry under my skin that is so swollen and it moves when i do sports or run under my skin.i dont have headach at all.i dunno about food allergy cause this swell apeard suddenly and it was with me for a year and a half well it became less but didnt disapear completly and now when i wake up so early it becomes so terrible i think maybe its because of my nervous system .well at the first i went to a dermpthologist for the redness of my skin and she gave me gommage gel and doxycycline 100 mg cause i have a little spot too.i think maybe its the result of that gel cause my skin is so sensitive ,i dunno really i used doxy for 5 mont i took one pill after my lunch.i have got the alergy test and i have alergy to the dust,grass,seeds but thats test is for 3 years ago and i didnt have that swell in that time and im going to do that test again.well id like to know what do u think about it.thank u very much.i forgot to tell i have used Clobetasol topical ointment 0.05% too for the redness of my face and when i use it it helps and the redness diappear but after one or 2 days when i wash my face the redness comes again and i have to tell that at the first that swell was everywhere of my face but now it is less and my cheeks are alittle better but now under my cheeks on my face and aroun my chin i have it the most.thx
