Don't know the answer to your question but I also don't have insurance to pay for medicine and as a result had to research ways of getting the meds I need for as little money as possible. For the meds you mentioned I happen to know some ways to get them very cheap.

For Claratin, I would recommend buying the generic version that is available over the counter at Costco for very little money. I think they sell in packs of 300 pills for around $10 or $15, don't remember exactly, but the generic is just as good as the brand original Claratin. If you can't find it yourself at Costco, I'm sure someone in the pharmacy department their could help you find it.

For Zyrtec, you can order a high quality generic version online without a prescription from an Indian online pharmacy (alldaychemist.com) for only about $10.50 for 100 generic Zyretc 10 mg. pills. Only thing is the shipping (global express air) is about $20 to $25 per order (not per medicine) so if you are going to order anything from them, it pays to order as much stuff as you can at one time. But even with the shipping, it is a hell of lot cheaper that what they want for Zyrtec at a local pharmacy w/o insurance.
