itchy skin??

i've had a lot of post nasal drip giving me a sore throat, a lot of headaches, my neck has been hurting, my eyes itching, but my skin has been itching too. no rashes, just itching in my arm pits, back of hands, chest, beard, back of neck. though i've also been having a lot of new hair growing and acne break outs, could this itching be caused be allergies? or is is stress, or worse an STD?

could be so many things - I'm in a similar situation without the post nasal drip and sore throat - but the rest could very well be allergies, it could be stress, I guess there's a possibility of STD, but I'm not a doctor and I would suggest you get yourself off to one fairly quickly so you don't keep worrying about whatever it is and start getting treated.

I am currently being treated for allergies and infected hair follicles (including itchy armpits), but I'm female, so I don't have the beard lol.

I get lots of random itching - some due to meds, some to allergies - let your doc work it out.

I agree with Ozfm, you should be seen by a doctor to find the root cause of your discomfort. I'm not even going to hazard a guess because itching can be sign of almost anything. Does the itching ease if you take Benedryl? If you haven't tried it, it might be worth a try but please only take this at night since it will make you super drowsy. Good luck and I hope your doctor appt goes well.
