Simple Puzzle to Determine if One has Alzheimers

I'm afraid to use this puzzle for my mom, as i know she is already in the early stages of the disease.
It's stinks to see the decline on a daily basis. My grandmother died of the disease ans was bed ridden for almost 4 years, a very sad way to go. I see my mom going down the same the road, and it hurts, yet it's a reality i have to deal with.
Sorry if this is off-topic, maybe i should have started a new thread. What a nasty disease. I also just learned my god-father has been formally diagnosed with the disease. I don't look forward to the up-coming years, i see too much pain and suffering.
