Does anyone have any experience with herbal or vitamin remedies that helped there anxiety? I'm interested to know what people have found helpful. I have heard from various places things like Calcium/Magnesium supplements can help, as well as herbal teas, or even using lavender etc. lotions. I am just curious if anyone has taken any vitamin/mineral/herbal supplements, either by themselves or in conjuction with taking prescribtion meds. Let me know! And thanks again :)
