Question about breasts - for the older gals

IMHO I believe your PCP or GYN is the best person to present this question to.  I am sure you are experiencing anxiety worrying that something may be wrong but a professional is your best resource.  I hope your anxiety is put to rest soon.

This happened to my sister, it freaked her out and she went to her doc and a naturopath..I'm not sure exactly what had happened but it was a menopause realated thing.  She takes evening primrose oil, but I'd chat with your doc first, sorry I can't be anymore help, I'll try and get in contact with my sis if i can and find out xx

Talked to Dr. on the phone last night and she said its called a hormone surge. This is perfectly normal and natural as part of the menopause process. Apparently menopause is an ongoing process and ebbs & flows - doesn't happen all at once. There's a little life in my ovaries yet! Its not a bad thing - everyone is different. I do feel like Pamela Anderson today though. Dr. said it would subside, has nothing to do with A/P meds & I shouldn't worry about it. She said I might get a period or spotting as a result.
