 Sorry I haven't been around in a while. My 2 year old decided to spill my coffee all over my computer and I just now got it to work. So anyways, I have been pretty good lately. No sleepless nights or panic attacks. My doctor uped my medicine and it seems to be a little bit better. But on the down side my great aunt was diagnosed with lung cancer that took over her whole body on April 4th and she just passed away about an hour ago. I will be okay, I mean we all knew it was coming but it still sucks that it had to happen this way. It was all so fast. One month ago she was a healthy sassy old lady and now she's gone. sad So that's whats up with me so I will drop in again soon.

Cosmo girl,   I am so sorry for your loss, no matter how much you know it's coming, it doesn't help with the pain when it actually happens.  I know you are strong and will make it through this, but please come and post to let us know how you are doing and so that we can help you through this.  This is not going to be an easy time for you.  Many, Many gentle ((((((((((HUGS))))))))))to you and your family.   Cheesecake,   Welcome to Healing Well - as you can probably already tell we are a family here and care about one another.  Might I suggest that you start a new thread and tell us a bit about yourself as we would like to get to know you better.   Wen

Wow, Cosmo Girl -- I'm so sorry to hear about your great aunt. That is sad when you look back and think of how she was just a short while ago. It's a real blessing, though, that you have a strong enough family connection that she was a part of your life. Too many folks just let the more distant relatives fade out of their thoughts. Love and prayers coming your way.

I am glad your anxiety has been under wraps lately. It sounds like your med change may have done the trick. It's great that you're getting some good rest now; it's so hard to deal with the things life throws at you when you're exhausted physically. I know the insomnia was really putting you through the wringer there for a while, so that's wonderful that you're not facing it right now too.
