I felt Nauseated later in the Morning.I ate a small box of Jr.Mints and before going back to sleep,it eased.

Peppermint tea works a treat for settling the tummy too

Goodmorning Sista J,

I know..have some dried Peppermint Herb I bought to infuse with Red Clover Blossoms and Raspberry Leaf Herb.Can't stand to drink it!I do love Jr.Mints though.Wonder why we enjoy what is bad for us?

To tell the truth Sydnee I cannot stand peppermint tea lol but it does work for others that I work with...I love Mints too - esp. those covered with chocolate..yum
