i know i having problem with my monthly curse i am bleeding and clotting alot, i mean alot, and my aunt said she did the same thing when she had to have her hysterectomy, they also took her appendix out to for some reason my mom said they did that to her too, i was wondering if you ask can you also have have your gallbladder taken out, i have been having pain on my right side, sick after eating certain foods , and high liver function, i sorry i sound like a car falling apart, i might be here tomorrow but we are facing again another hurricane geez , its like everything is breaking down at once blush

YOUR DOCTOR CAN GIVE YOU A TEST TO SEE IF YOUR GALLBLADDER IS EMPTYING NORMAL AND WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU MORE FROM THAT. AS FOR YOUR HEAVY PERIODS THERE ARE LOTS OF THINGS THAT CAN BE GIVEN FOR THE HEAVY BLEEDING AND CLOTTING. BIRTH CONTROL PILLS AND HORMONE PILLS ARE A COUPLE. A HYSTORECTOMY SHOULD BE YOUR LAST RESORT. I HAD ONE AT 23 AND FEEL IT WAS THE WORST THING EVER. IVE FELT A LITTLE CRAZY EVER SINCE THEN. IM 33 NOW. GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING.

Machelle,

I agree that your doctor knows the best answers to your questions. Coming from a family with "female troubles" myself, I know that you're likely to have the same problems going on as your aunt and mother. Treatments have changed since they had their hysterectomies, I expect, so you may have some other alternatives now.

How are you getting along with the hurricane? Did it bypass your part of the state this time? I sure hope so, honey. You deserve a break!

Good advice from Percy.  I do not think they would take your gallbladder unless they had a medical reason for removing it.

Hope you are doing ok with the latest hurricane.  I am sorry your area is getting slammed again this year.

we got really strong winds last night i was scared i took a whole trazodone instead to try and knock me out , it helped but the winds got really bad i woke up and had one of the worst anxiety attacks, the hurricane was not as bad as rita, with rita, the wind roared all night and we heard trees falling all night 30 of them, but luckily none were lost this time the house is o.k. too and so are we, i just don't know how i can keep going through this, its to traumatizing, as far as my body goes we're getting insurance in november because there are certain time hole in construction that they allow him to sign up , and i will find a doctor to check things out. thanks for caring i was so scared, i wish there was a safe place to move too, i hate it here. two hurricanes too close together in the last few weeks
