Hypoglycemia for sure! Those are all the symptoms. My whole family is very hypoglycemic (excepting my pop) and
if we don't eat some kind of protein every few hours we feel week, pasty-faced, shaky, nauteous and like fainting.
My mom, in fact, fainted in front of a Petco just a month and a half ago, they took her to the hospital. We found out
she ate Carrot Cake for breakfast, had a diet coke for lunch and it was a full on hypoglycemic attack. She couldn't
get up or anything, but was perfectly fine after they got electrolytes in her and gave her oxygen. The test for Hypoglycemia
is a 5 hour glucose tolerance test where every hour they draw blood from you. You don't eat during the whole time. I had
this about 20 years ago and by the end of it I was close to passed out and just wanted chocolate (which I ate, but should
have had a good meal with protein). I always carry dry roasted almonds in my car or any kind of snack will do, but it's
good to have something everywhere you will be that you can eat if you start to feel that way. It's definitely easy to live
with as long as you keep your snackies close at hand and eat protein (not sugar) when you feel faint and shaky, etc.
Hope this helps! :o)
