The no or little sleep thing can certainly play havic on how you feel and act the next day. I celebrate when I get 6 hours of sleep. I use to aways sleep 8-10 hours at a stretch. Lately it's been 2-4 hours at a time. What helps me to fall back asleep or get me into a relaxed mode to go to sleep is: a cup of chamomile tea with some sort of carb (toast, crackers, baked potote, etc.) and then I take a magnesium suppliment. While I'm laying in bed I thank God for 10 things (the blue sky, warm weather, cool breeze, good food, prayers made by other's for me, God's love, a phone call, etc.) This puts my mind at peace. If I'm still not sleepy, I play a game in my head where I'm writing a movie script
. All my favorite actors are in it. Of course I'm the leading lady. Everynight the script
progresses. Some nights I don't even get through the pre-empt before I've nodded off. I hope something will help you sleep.
