I'm sorry to chime in like this, but I'm shocked as well that someone coming here for help
is being attacked by a Moderator, and past things of this person's life (that I never would
have known about) are being thrown back in this person's face in what I perceive to be a
judgmental and cruel way. Being a Moderator of an anxiety forum, I'm in utter (again) shock,
and it doesn't feel like such a safe place to express or ask for help anymore.
And Sydnee, I hear you, that you're feeling guilty because you're taking a medication that isn't
in harmony with your future profession. It's got to be hard to come to terms with and the
feelings attached with that are totally understandable. On another note, I'm glad to hear the
Xanax is helping, even though it's not what you'd like to be taking.
Here's hoping you will be easy on yourself. To me, the right decision is the one that helps
you the most. It sounds like you made the right decision (in my humble opinion).
Take care of you! :)
