new problems (older eyes only)

one is my feet feel like someone took a bat to my heels man they hurt, the only swollen part of my foot is my heel, another weird one and a embarrassing one is that my breast lactate sometimes a little, i know something is happening because my periods are extremely heavy and i am getting light patchy brown spots, i could write you a journal on problems next month were are getting insurance, and boy there machines are going to worn out with testing me. i had my tubes tied when i was 28 i am now 38, so i guess its time for repairs, i am worried , i try to not worry because i start getting really bad anxiety, and worrying even more

Only a little longer until the insurance can be put to the good use it's intended for! Hurray!

My heels get awfully sore sometimes, but I haven't got a clue why. I do know that bad feet run in my dad's family - most of them were hobbling by the time they hit 70. (They are pretty long-lived, on the good side!)

I don't want to alarm you at all, but as a survivor of breast cancer (8 1/2 years and counting), I don't think you should wait around where breast health is concerned. Perhaps you could find a place that offers free mammograms. There is absolutely no reason to have anxiety about it, as most breast issues are benign, but it might be a good idea to go ahead and have it checked out.

Again, don't want to cause you any undue anxiety, just want you to take good care of yourself! :)
