Ok, what games do you play to keep your mind off the anxiety?

I play two game a lot BZFlag and Klickety.

I was hooked on all the Pogo games for a long time but had to quit as I was becoming obsessed.  I really liked the card games.

Right now I don't play any. sad

I have a friend that plays Pogo Games under his wife's name and it driving him nuts because he is racking up all these points for her!

I play goldminer. It's very, very, very simple...and quick to switch off when the boss walks past!! Numero uno importanto in my book. I'm going to check out Pogo. I love anything that distracts the hurly burly of thoughts that run around in my head like a spin cycle. Paulos has a home page? Are we allowed to go visit? I'm sure it's amazing.

I play Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, and there's this one game I have called Mahjong Titans. It's this tile game, hard to explain but pretty fun :D

Ahhh solitare. I love that one too. It's a great mind settler. I don't play the spider one (anachrophobia!!) lol!

I roleplay sometimes...pretend to be someone that I really admire and who I want to be more like, then the anxiety sort of disappears. I know it sounds strange, but it really does work. Of course, I just do this in my head...no one else knows.

I dont play the puter or nintento or playstation games
BUT I do love going out in the fall and collecting ALL diferent types of leaves and Cait n OI having a contest to see who can name the leaf

Also we do this with "Name the Lyrics"

Anther game I just love is Scrabble
