Diagnosis

The occurrence of side effects do go up as the Paxil dosage is increased. However, for anxiety disorder there's only three adverse events that show a relation between dosage and occurrence: asthenia, constipation, and abnormal ejaculation. For depression, the list is longer see link below, probably doesn't apply though, anxiety disorder is sort of a cycle of anxiety-panic-phobia-depression.

I'm not fond of anything to do with hospitals anymore, they cause me to panic. My problem is a fear of being hospitalized. Make seeing a doctor a pain in the butt. I definitely have what is called "White Coat" hypertension, even scrubs sets me off.

I have not been on any of the meds you are on so cant advice on that. I do find that my pulse rate can go up very quick when i get anxious and dont like going to hospitals.

  I never have had the white coat syndrone but my blood rate dose go up abit when the doc was talking about my up coming opp next week, I guess it from having to go too the ER so many times and living in a small town You seem to get to know a lot of ppl and they have joked with me saying that are going to name the new ER wing at the hospital after me lol ( they probable should as I been there soooo many times as Lyn and Kitt can tell you lol)

  But I have pushed myself so hard just to get over this crud as I allways felt like I was all ways being whatched so I said the heck with it and let myself go and shaved of all my hair this past summer and when't skin headed just to see how ppl acted about me thet would look but when you look back at them they would allways turn there heads away giving me the feeling of more power over them ( not that I would recammend this this to anyone) but I loved the look I got, just putting me in so what of a spot light and watching ppl turn away and just knowing in the long run I won as I did not back down from the looks I got as they did by looking away lol

Thanks :) It's nice to have some reassurance that It's not just me... it's a difficult thing to discuss anxiety and hospitals to somebody who doesn't spend much time around them :)
