Hello everyone sorry I haven't been on lately, to leave a post. Just been really busy with the wedding coming up and the holidays. Just found out today that my family members that was coming to the wedding isnt coming now. rolleyes   It just make me feel like why do I try. Why do they get my hopes up and then change their minds. I'm trying so hard to keep posative and just take one day at a time. but it is so hard to do sometimes. I was working at a casino, and that wasn't for me. I'm back in the health care field where I know I want to be and It feels that is where I belong. Right now, I just feel so lonely and so confused about things. I know that I'm not alone and that Jason loves me so much. But I just feel discontacted from myself. I just feel like finding a hole and burying myself away from this world. shocked

why does these feelings come over me so unexpected? Why do I just feel or

Hey Vel, i know it feels hopeless, but like Buddha said, you have a job you like and even more important, a person who loves you no matter what. do you see a therapist or doctor? if you are medicated, maybe your dose needs to be changed?

I hope you feel better soon, and i understand the black hole feeling, but you will get out of it.

I always found it strange how quickly that black hole feeling can come and sometimes jus how quickly it can go.

I think perhaps your family changing there mind has really hurt you as this is one of the greatest days of your life.

Can you give yourself permission to feel a bit down today.

Then let it go. Try to stay in the moment.

Please know coming here is a wonderful and courageous step. You are voicing your fears so you know what they are.

I too have been in that hole

 and yes it comes on quick this time it lingered

alot longer for me but I finally did get out of it smilewinkgrin

A/P ppl I feel are more prone to sensitivities and having our feelings hurt so easily

My family dont get why I also get so upset when the decide to change plans and this person isnt coming cuz this one is ya know.......

One is plenty but sounds like there is or may be more??

Hi Vel, it sounds like good things are happening in your life, and I know that a dark hole can appear even when things seem to be going well. Take it a step at a time and best wishes for your wedding.
