Good Morning Kitt :) I love your question today. . . How deliciously appropriate for this forum :) lol

Let me see. . . I am going to step outside my comfort zone today by going and seeing a friend that I haven't visited for awhile because of anxiety, because their daughter is a woman now, and just had a little baby girl named Kylie not more than four hours ago :) 6lbs 8oz :)

Makes me feel older. . . This girl is at the age I was when I knew her as a baby :) Wow, how time has flown by :)

But anyway, this is a big deal for me, because my home is my oasis :)

i went to my end of year staff function at the horse races, after a huge night out last night. i desperately wanted to be in bed, but i forced myself to go, and again,  (like last night) i had a blast. baby steps!

I went Christmas shopping with a friend the other day. I was so anxious up until the time that we left. I really had a good time, though I got tired. But so glad that I went. I found most everything that I needed and now there is no stress where that is concerned. Though I am glad it is over, I am glad that I went.

I am going to step out of my computer room today and get my self to clean the house.  I have been hiding in this room for too long.

I am going to let go and let God take care of my daughter. She and her husband have separated and she left the kids with him because she has no place to stay at the moment (staying with friends) and needs to find a job. I am very concerned becuz she has always been a good mom, but since she left she has been neglecting the kids. And been partying and behaving in a manner that is very worrisome. So I am placing her into God hands and can only pray that he will guide her into the right path. I ask for prayers for her and me too. Saying one for you sweet Skitt!!

I'm going to have to go to the grocery store with my daughter today and without my husband.  I don't do anything without my husband along, but he has hurt his hip and can't walk today.  We are so low on groceries and the weather is supposed to be bad later today into tomorrow, so I don't have much of a choice.  Scared to say the least.  So not just stepping out of the box today, leaping out...oh boy!

Well, I guess I could finally take off the heart monitor I've been wearing for a month. It was supposed to come off Friday. I've grown attached to it. But I feel I REALLY need it.....I'll think about taking it off.

Yes, kitt, I live in MN and am dealing with this nasty weather...quite a change from yesterday and this morning.  I did make it too the store, just my daughter and I, before the weather got bad, smaller store than we normally go to, but at least got there and got enough groceries for the week...yay!

Well I went on a short two hour trip with a friend. He drove, which of course took me out of being in control of stopping the car and getting fresh air. Secondly, I decided I was leaving my Alprazalam at home. I don't take it very often at all, but always keep the drugs in my pocket as a safety net. Well I did have a few negative thoughts while I was gone, but everything went well, but I sure left my comfort zone today.
