has any one tried hypnosis

i'm desperate at this point.has anyone tried hypnosis or even thought about it.i wonder will it help i'm considering! idea

All I've ever done is self hypnosis. . . I think it would be interesting to have somebody do it to me, but I would need a lot of trust in the person :)

If it would cure me I think I would be asking where to sign on the dotted line :) lol

We can all dream. . . But a nice thing to add to the arsenal of recovery tools. . . Cool idea Petrified!

No. however my first pyschiatrist tried to hypnotise me against my will when i was 14. for me personally, i dont want someone else in control of my mind. everyone is different, but its not something that i will ever look into. like i said, thats just my personal feelings, for my situation.

I learned self  hyponosis through my first therapist and it did help but like all things you need to keep  doing it or you fall back into your old habits.

Do check it out, it may work for you.
