We have had many posts pertaining to low self-esteem. Many of us feel less than comfortable with the way we look and feel inside our bodies. This is a big problem when it comes to combating our sometimes multiple anxiety issues and of course other health related events. Now after the holidays, seasonal changes and personal battles, many are experiencing an ever spiraling decline in positive self image. There is something else all of us can do to help ourselves in this area along with our CBT, Relaxation, Meditation, etc. That is to make Exercise and Nutrition a priority in our everyday lives.
