I have also been where you are at right now. I used to be very active participating in competitive sports and working out. After my first PA I began thinking that I had a heart issue that the doctors where missing. I actually made my self believe that there was something wrong with my heart. I completely stopped working out and playing my sports because I was afraid to raise my heat rate. I gained close to 30 pounds. This went on for about
two years. I now still have set backs and fear once in a while, but nothing like I used to have. I have begun to work out again, albeit not as intensly as I used to, but that is because I am way out of shape not because of my fear of raising my heart rate.
You can do it. The first step is believing your doctors. They are educated to know our bodies and what is wrong with us. If your dr says you are fine and still want to get another opinion that is fine, but when both dr say that you are fine, don't do what I did which was tell myself they don't know what they are doing. Believe them and continually reassure yourself that you are fine and it is JUST anxiety.
I was there, I am much better. You will also get better.
