It is you Maz..............you inspire me to get my butt out and exercise.
Of course my Big Sis, Lyn, is a huge inspiration in my life as I know what she has gone through and continues to go through yet she is always there to help others no matter how much pain she is in, no mater how down and out she is she will always give support and love. She loves this forum and the Alzheimer's Forum and her devotion is evidence by her gentle replies to the people in need. She has been my mentor and continues to always be there.
My own sister is an inspiration to me in her battle against cancer, she is fighting the battle for her life and she has her faith that she draws on.
I have chosen people that are not in the public eye but people that I know or knew personally.
My Father lived through the great depression, married my Mother, lost her to a car accident when I was 18 months old and then moved he and I in with my grandparents ( his parents) He supported all and never complained. He would rush home from work to bring me my daily treat, a banana, an apple or maybe chocolate. He would push me in the swing and I felt his love for me for all of his life and still carry it in my heart. He only had a high school education but he was a man that stood above so many others, He was my Father. I lost him to cancer when I was 39 years old.
I have many wonderful people that inspire me................I am lucky to have met so many great people in my life.
Hugs
