Do you have a guarenteed 'pick me up' for when you are feeling anxious or depressed? if so, what is it- share your best 'pick me up' with us:
Mine is a milky decaff chai tea. soothes the nerves. calms me. And praying helps as well. Using music as distraction- playing my piano or listening to some Fiona Apple/Tori Amos... that calms me and 'picks me up'!
Now how about you, family? (geez its hot here. its beyond a joke......)
