Here are some ideas :)
1. I have many houseplants that I take care of from my grandmother, and when I feel real antsy, I'll go around and do simple things like pull off the dead leaves and wipe the dust off of them, talk to them, etc. It makes me feel really peaceful.
2. One way to take you mind off of things is to catch up on some mending. We save money every way we can, and one of these includes tons of clothing and other material repairs. . . And I really don't like to sew much, but a few hours of fixing things, and poking yourself with the needle will make you forget the anxiety, lol. . . Maybe quilting or making stuff would be cool?
3. Scrapbooking. . . I will take time out every so often to piece together all of our "memory" stuff from around the house, like photographs, newspaper clippings, awards, theater tickets, travel stuff, etc. I'm almost getting to the point of finding what I'm looking for, lol :)
4. YouTube night. . . My grandma, friends/family, and I will sit down every so often and just find funny things on YouTube to laugh at and this is really fun.
Many things I do are really constructive hobbies that save me time and money, but there are so many more out there :) So now it's your turn to give us some more ideas. . .
