I keep putting it off until tomorrow. I know I need to quit obessing about it and just do it.
I used t walk 3 miles everyday and then it just dwindle away. I know I feel better when I get out and move.
Even getting out working my casual position makes me feel better so here I sit on a gloomy day in MN talking about why I don't.......OK........I will make a promise to myself to get to it.
