As a fellow suffer of anxiety please stop googling the sx on the internet. You can always find all the horrible things that may happen to you but most likely will not. You are catastrophysizing the worst case scenario in your mind and that is causing your anxiety to sky rocket.
Please do not anticipate the most horrible outcomes. It feels to me like you have health anxiety. Health anxiety is an initial overreaction/misinterpretation of a real abnormality whereas hypochondriacs do not have any abnormalities to start with and fully fabricate - by visual imagination, their illnesses.
I would really like to see you working through the CBT therapy online or in some sort counseling.
