I know panic attacks are terrible and I hate when I wake up and right off have one. It's good you went to the therapist try going ahead and seeing a counselor it may help you tons. Are you on any meds right now they can help as well. I know how you feel when you say you can't or don't know how much more you can take. But it will get better do you know any breathing techniques,or positive self talk to talk your way through a panic attack. Just keep reminding yourself that it will pass. I also worry about
when the next one is gonna strike which drives you crazy and takes up all your thinking. Try to keep your mind busy I know easier said than done but truly that is a good way of forgetting about
when the next attack will come. Dwelling on it will bring on another one. My prayers and thoughts are with you..April
