Everyone has given you advice and you refuse to take and just continue posting the same thing. Please talk to your parents and get in and see a doc. I don't know what else we can advise. WE are not medical professionals and can only advise so much. Sorry!

yeah bro def panic attack, read my thread on anxiety and panic attacks. I went through EVERY symptom you described... its anxiety... lol sucks dont it... but your to young like me to have any heart problems..

Went through the very same thing. Very big concern on my part not knowing what was going on - Was it physical? Was I having a nervous breakdown? Was I ever going to have the heart attack? Told my wife one day I would prefer to just have the heart attack and get it over with. That was about 15 years ago - still haven't had the heart attack. Be sure when you visit with your doctor to explain all of what you have told us. The doctors that are looking at the "physical" side of the body may very well tell you "nothing is wrong". You have to help them understand what you're going through so they can either help you or refer you to someone who can.

is there a underlying cause for anxiety , like a thyroid problem cuz my body is completly weak my muscles in my body are soooooo sore now i cant breath through my nostrils i tried everything you guys have told me to , my neck feels tight when ever i breath in there is a clogging sensation in my back and neck i have given up :(:(

There can be underlying causes. Have your thyroid checked if you haven't done that yet. It's just a blood test. In fact, I would ask for a full blood workup. Maybe you are low on a certain vitamin or mineral or have thyroid issues. If it's not physical I agree with other people that you need to see someone. Ask your parents to make an appt with a therapist. They will be able to explain how anxiety is affecting your body and they can teach you ways to calm down. There are also great books out there. I found Lucinda Bassett's from Panic to Power to be helpful. It sounds like you are so worked up right now that you can't and noone else seems to be able to talk you down. I remember getting to that point once and it was a viscous cycle. Therapy, meds and reading about anxiety helped a lot. Feel better.

No one here is a medical professional or can provide the answers you are looking for. I will again tell you to see your family doctor and let them know all you are experiencing.

i did see my doctor , but he dosent think its anything big but i feel wayyyyyyyyy different

Thank you, it is much better and your not dying.  Your Doctor feels you fine however if you do not trust this Doctor do seek a second opinion.

Are you taking any kinds of medication? I really think if you are not satisfied with this doctor, get a second opinion. I think some type of anti-anxiety medication would be of great help for you as my personal opinion (not a doctor) is you are suffering with anxiety.

Well After all The Tests My Doctor Gave Me Cymbalta to Take And I Start Therapy Soon , What do You Guys Think Bout This
