Hi all. I have come accross this forum and thought I would join in
. I am a sort of walking disater and have everday the problems mentioned in this part of the forum. I get panic attacks every 5 hours 365 days a year and am taking clorazepato 5mg every 5 hours and sometimes washed down with a dose of beta blockers. I get daily. Dizzy spells normaly when I am in my 4th hour and am 1 hor away from taking a tranqui tablet, sweating palms, dificult to breath, pains in left arm and fingers, stabbing pains in head, pains in eyes, chest pains, acid, floppy heart beat, heart beat when in bed is about
65 and then jumps up to 78 after getting up, sometimes I feel as though I am walking on a jelly and my legs are all over the show. So I'm not to bad. I have had for 8 years a slight curve on the negatives on a ECG and have ben in observation 10 hours and up to 15 hours 3 times, they are sick of me!!. I paid a cardiologist 4 years ago to give me a full go over and he said I have a heart like an OX, saw him again 4 months ago and he said the same thing and wanted my wife to be present as he said maybe she will beleave me
The local doctors roll their eyes when I see them. BUT I do get all of this and it controls my life 100%, I can not work at 47 years old. If I go out I like someone to be with me as comfort. The problem has no solution as it is in the sub conciousness and can not be controlled. Anxiety attacks as I have are not so common but I get all these gases, pain around the heart, pain in arm pitt and in the thorax area with the normal gurgles of wind around the heart. I smoke 1 pack of fags a day which is part of the problem as it causes gases as does chewing gum etc. OK. So How can I help others here. I think we are looking at "3" possible causes for these "Gases" everyone is talking about
. 1. Get your heart checked and do a "force test" as I did running up hill for 20 minutes untill your heart nearly goes bank....JOKE!!, and if all is OK then you can put it down to number 2. Anxiety or Panic attacks. In mild cases these can be disturbing and take you by suprise, normaly when you are on Holiday or relaxing at the weekend or laughing with mates and WHAM. sudden raise in heart beat, sweating, chest pain, dizzyness, can't talk properly, pains in left arm, can't breath properly all of which rings "Heart Attack" but if you have had a GOOD chech over it can't be can it. 3. Back problems or cervical problems, OH I have that as well 3 discs cracked in my neck and press against the medular yahoooo!!. No serious, I have researched on this, the nerves in our neck and behind the lungs are a massive network which run around in between every rib which can cause chest pain and some time it can be very painfull. The same nerves lower down the spin control our digestive system and our bowl movements which causes acid and gases and in turn rises up into our chest area and then gets behind that little void around the back of our heart and pushes it causing irregular beats and a flip flop sensation, once we burb then this pressure is released and the heart goes back to it's normal happy self. I don't drink by the way....hate the stuff. Anyway, a back problem or disck problem can have an effect on our chest and heart area. Well maybe this has helped someone. Regards. Kevin
