Is Inositol safe ?

One of my friend says that - Inositol is a suppliment not a drug. I don't know about it so much So, I don't know about it totaly . Thats why i want to know that - Is Inositol safe and will it work in low doses (500mg/day) for depression/anxiety?

I have never heard of this supplement. You should probably ask someone in your local health food store.

DTrotter9, could you please try to put your questions all into one single post, instead of posting multiple different questions all on the same day in separate. I would suggest you talk with your Physician before you start this supplement to make sure it is safe for you.  It may interact with your other Meds..........I do not know this for sure but it is always good to check before you add a supplement.

I tried this supplement for a couple of days and it made me feel uncomfortable, unable to sleep.
