tension headaches from anxiety and pms anyone?

i get these horrible tension headaches the day after my anxiety is bad - what do you all take?  i also went out last night for my bday and had a blast but i think it's because of the smoke filled bar, the alcohol and not enough sleep.  but crap, i have had this back of my neck headache all day long!  any suggestions?  i have tried advil, tylenol, allergy meds.  ugh!!!!  tons of water!!! sick of it!!! 

it's also my time of the month and my headaches are always worse and more frequent then!  headaches are the worst.  they ruin your whole day!

yes i defintely get tension headaches!! here's my secret....
a lot of water...i drink like 3 big glasses, wait 10 mins and if i still have a headache i'll take ONE advil liquid gel...i always used to take two but i found out one works and without any side effects (sometimes advil upsets my stomach)
and honestly the best cure I've found are massages. all that lactic acid builds up in you neck muscles, spine, and even the base of your skull from stress and a massage reeeeeeeallly helps. they're expensive though so i bought a massage chair (about 130 dollars) it's not like those ones that vibrates it actually has these balls that roll up and down your spine and massages out the knots.. its AMAZING! and it's honestly cured soo many headaches.

I know exactly what you mean and OMG those are no fun! I usually take Midol if I'm also on my period, but mainly things like Tylenol or and Ibuprophen. I find that they really do get rid of the headaches pretty quickly and then I'm able to continue my day. I hate how sometimes it just affects me to the point where I can barely function mad
