I would most definately check with your doctors first to ask the exact amount you should be taking of magnesium. I know that people with kidney failure should not because it could be toxic. ANd also discuss the medicines you are currently taking to make sure it is safe to take with those medicines. Changing the way a person eats could have a lot of benefits and will make someone feel much better. So cutting out a lot of the sugary foods, caffiene, and junk foods will have a positive effect in the mood and how you feel. Taking some time out each day to get in a walk even if its only 15 minutes will go a long way. It might be good for some people to google some stress busters and start practicing them and reducing stress may reduce anxiety.
I also experience anxiety, panic, and am working on bettering myself so I am always trying to find new ways to help myself. I hope that each of you in your times of deep anxiety and panic find some peace of mind or some way to help you get through. It can be beyond scary what some of us go through and just know your not alone and you will make it through.
