I'm glad to hear you are feeling better 13a. Everyone has given you really great advice. What someone else above said was true about the chances of a healthy 13 year old dying is slim. I'm just curious to know did someone close to you die or something,is that what brought on your obssesive thinking about death. The reason i asked is because that's how mine started,because i basically watched my grandmother die of cancer back in 1997. Every since then the thought of dying just will not leave my mind.But i agree at 13 years old you shouldn't be thinking about those things you have many,many years ahead of you.Get out and enjoy life,enjoy school,go to football games and have a blast. You are omly 13 once!

thanks for lal the great advice its hard for me to respondfdto these cuz id ont really know what to say exept thank you and as i toldmy thereapists yesterday because i had my first meeting :D its stared with phonecall saying that one of my dads colleuges had died, i didnt know the person or even get a name but i started thinking about my immortality and i got scared and thats ll how it started and i couldnt shake that feeling

Just wondering, you posted " help me fori am only 13 "  and "i am afraid to drive in heavey traffic because i think i am gonna die".  You drive at age 13 in heavy traffic or did I miss understand you?

no jeez like when my family drives in heavy traffic i get scared like wehn we drice to detroit of places like that i always think we are gonna get hit

Oh, sorry you meant when you ride in heavy traffic?  Wondering if your school is still shut down becauseof flu?  We have one closed down in our state is all.  :-)

yeah our shcool is clsed down so at least i have a couple days to relaxy and just forget about shcool. its closed till monday
