exhausted!

i had a puppy show up at my door last week and have not been getting much sleep  i think ihave finally found her a home but wondering if anyone ever feels just weird and tired when you are exhausted.  that sounds stupid but you know that feeling when you are laying there or on the couch watching tv and you can't o to sleep cause you are soooo tired -?  that eerie weird tired feeling?  i have felt that way off and on all weekend.  plus my 3 yr old has been acting crazy and hyper lately. 

i am going to try to go to bed early tonight but is this anxiety?  my bp is fine but i just feel "weird".  i can't realy explain it. ha  i just hate anxiety - meaning any body symptoms produces worrisome thoughts.  ugh  i took a buspar and a benedryl which usually helps but only made me feel worse today after a short nap.  ha 

Yeah I know that feeling... like right now I'm so exhausted that I could curl up under my desk at work but even though I was equally exhausted last night I couldn't really sleep. And it does make you feel kind of out of it. I don't know if that's anxiety, but I understand the feeling! I think being tired certainly doesn't make anxiety any easier, I know I'm always more antsy when I haven't gotten a good nights sleep. And I desperately need a nap.
