I only began to take medication when my body was shutting down. I was extremely worried about
taking Lexapro and the first night I took it I panicked and ended up in hospital. I guess I ignored other such panic attacks and stress points in work thinking it was normal. I made many lifestyle changes for the better and yet the anxiety and my depression got worse. I now fully believe it's a combination of help that is required, family, friends, doctors and a therapist. Work to get your body in good condition by eating regularly and ensuring you know how to relax yourself through breathing techniques. If you choose to read about
your body and mind take it slowly as you'll find out that when you ensure your body relaxes you will not feel as much physical pain with each thought. Thoughts are powerful but when backed up with emotion it can seem overpowering and a sense of losing control is felt. Think positive, be kind to yourself, we are good people but only through calmness will we see this.
