Hi everyone, I have suffered with anxiety on & off for most of my adult life, I don't suffer often but when I do it hits hard, over the last 6 days I have been having an almost continuious panic attack resulting in me not getting any more than between 2-4 hours sleep a night, sometimes as in the case of last night no sleep at all, even as I'm typing this I'm going through a very strange experience whereby my head keeps nodding forward, I pass out & wake up with a fright seconds later when my brain tells my lungs to breathe, I'm so freaked out right now, I don't know how to deal with this, I'm so desperate for some sleep, please help
