Good Morning,

I know we have a lot of info on CBT on the site but I am going to post a link to a thread on the Depression Forum that has great posts about the power of using CBT.

This is great :) IMHO A/P & Depression go hand in hand for most people. . . And we all could use some great success stories as well :)

Thanks for the link in the first post, very encouraging. I hit the link and posted my first note there sharing some early successes with cbt and the tea forms. I only started using them in January but they have helped me a lot already.

Bringing up for new members that are wanting a way to change their a/p ..and lives per say
CBT has helped me greatly n i know many others hv had great success with it
