Hi, great advice from the forum... There are support groups for PTSD, anxiety, depression etc... Call your local mental health assc., hopefully, they can get you connected. In the meantime, keep posting... You need to get bottled-up feelings out, and know that there are others who have suffered similiar traumas--willing to listen. take care, L
