pulses on my neck

I cannot tell you what is going on with you but IMHO if you are concerned about your pulse I would talk to someone like your parents or if your in school it might be the health office at school.

The pulse in the neck is called the carotid pulse due to the carotid artery on each side of the neck.

Your stressing out over something that is normal.

Go to the drug store and buy a home pregnancy test if you need to find out whether or not you're pregnant.

It really does sound like you're talking about your carotid pulse as suggested above. Everyone has this pulse, although some people have a harder time finding it than others. My pulse is generally very strong, and I can find it immediately. As I am male, I assure you I am not pregnant. I'm not saying you are not, you should take a test to be sure, but having a pulse in your neck is in no way an indication of pregnancy.
