There are many questions regarding how to
wean off
of medications............it would be nice to see one good resource listed especially for the Antidepressants.
Thanks Lyn,

Well.... It might sound silly.... but my therapist has been working with me on... "going to my happy place" so that I can calm down... It does help some if I'm just mildly upset or nervous (I have managed to prevent from freaking out too much over things that I really don't need to freak out over)... It doesn't really help too much when I'm really upset, though... I think I might just need a stronger association to it... but... maybe it can help other people....
My happy place is a very nice place.... It's in the woods during the fall season when the leaves have all changed color, and there are leaves that are on the ground that crackle when you walk on them.... There's a path in the woods, so that it's easier to walk... and there's lots of acorns on the ground... And I've got a Pug with me.... and my Pug likes chasing any squirrel that shows up... And there are some bushes.... that look like they probably get berries on them in an earlier season... they're kinda thorny... but I really like them and kinda wish the berries could be there during the fall, so that I could pick them... And there's a cool breeze that blows by....
