Pain, discomfort LEFT side of stomach.

Ok so for the past 3 days I've had this unusual crampy, pain feeling type in the left side of my stomach. It's really scarying me and annoying me.


I went to the doctor, and he felt it and didnt feel anything unusual.

The pain is on the left side of my stomach, 2 inches above from the hip.

I'm really really scared what it could be.


Anybody know?

Cant really say but if yr doc found nothing n u r still like this n worried if it were i i would ask for ultrasound but thats me
hv you ever had this before

are you still having menstral cycles
just a couple of questions

Hello. If the Doctor was not alarmed and you don't feel satisfied that you recieved good advice please do consider seeing another Doctor for a second opinion.

Maybe I'm just constipated and I'm making a big deal out of nothing. Who knows?


I went to the family doctor today, and she said it could be my colon, or ovulation pain...she told me to take a laxative and if nothing happens then to take a cat scan or ultra sound...im worried sick........WORRIED SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its scary to me. I dont like it.

Im just so stressed out and so worried about what this cold be that I cant even describe my symptoms anymore........Im just so out of it............................

Big breath and if the Doctor is not worried sick yet then wait and see how you do with the laxative.

I went to the doctor today.....

I do NOT have insurance.


The doctor didn't really know what was wrong with me.

She was going to send me to the hospital so I can get a CAT scan, and a ULTRA SOUND.

But at first she wanted me to try to LAXATIVE to make sure it's not just a case of constipation.


I bought "Genuine Phillips" Chewable tablets.

In the back of the bottle it says adults and children 12 years and older chew 8 tablets.

I'm too scared to take 8 tablets so I took 4 at once. And a few hours later I took another 3.


I haven't pooped yet.................................... ........


I don't know if I will poop either.

She said if my stomach doesn't feel better by Sunday, then to go back to the doctor, and then they will order those other tests.

I'm scared as heck.

I'm very very scared, I don't want to deal with this right now.

I hate waiting around for test results too.

I'm not a very patient person. I want to go to a doctor and have them tell me right away whats going on, I don't want to have to go from one doctor to the other, and get scared


Well my left side isn't as bad anymore, it went near my belly button now the sensation.

And to my RIGHT side now....


I'm starting to go hay~wire, and not understand my symptoms well, because I'm so nervous and confused. I don't know if this is all in my head or real.

I told her about my diet, that I have been doing nothing for 2 to 3 weeks now, but eating TV DINNERS, and sitting on my bed and using the lap top and playing video games. Drinking a 40 ouncer of beer before bed a night.

She said this could very well be just constipation, but WHAT IFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF?

What if these laxatives don't work? What if constipation isn't the problem?

Will I die ?
