How can i get rid of my Anxiety

Ok let me start out by saying that I'm a normal 24 year old woman that works fulltime mon thru Friday. My anxiety started just recently when me and my girlfriend for 3 years just moved in to our first house together. I don't know what it is but ever since we moved here I can't leave the house without having to use the restroom. I mean its like when I have to go I better go cuz it hurts so bad. I mean even when I'm in the car we have to pull over at a store or something just so I can use the bathroom. Its getting so embarrassing now cuz my gf is constantly saying that this is all in my head. I just need this to go away ..... I mean I get sweaty palms and my heart beats fast. Ugh please tell me how I can get rid of this because its sooo uncomfortable. I can't even go to the drs cuz I don't have any medical insurance. So please HELP! Is there anything I can buy in the stores???

 My only problem about your reply was that I dont have any insurance so i dont have a primary phisician. Ugh why does this stuff happen?? I mean this whole thing with me and my gf is getting out of control .... it's like she gets fustrated with me when it's not my fault. Is there something I can buy over the counter or something???

I totally sympathize with you. Moving is always a big change, even if you move with someone you love. My anxiety had been gone for almost 2 years adn came back full force once we moved into our new place (fixer-upper, uggh).

Long hot baths used to make me feel better at night before bed, adn herbal teas (esp ones with relaxing herbs in them) would help also. I also always carry Immodium ad with me everywhere I go.

I respectfully disagree with your advise to the members to go on a 3 day food fast as this is a well known touted method to lose weight quickly.

As we have members with many health issues from Crohn's Disease to Diabetes, encouraging members to fast is unsafe IMHO.

I too totally concur with Kitt n Bill
i ended up in hospital on life support from not eating nor drinking.....it is very dangerous to go on fasts ..total ones..for any period of time imho
IF you can have a hot milk at night it naturally soothes me personally
i use a bit of cinnamon on top
when heated the milk has ingredient that activates n calms me
