I'm curious if some of you can share your non medication types of coping with anxiety. I had two seizures 30 years ago and although I am not on seizure medicine, I have read that antidepressents/anxiety meds can increase that seizure threshold so I really don't want to take meds if I can help it.
BUT, I am struggling pretty bad. I am waiting for a counselor to call me back so that is my first step.
Can anyone share there thoughts:
1) excercise
2) counseling
3) eating healthy
