My thoughts are aligned with everyone else's. I doubt that its MS. If you have panic attacks, I'm not sure that you should be looking up your symptoms. I used to do that but got scared away from it when I looked up this lump I had on my neck. Told me I had a tumor. Even showed pictures of someone with a lump very similar to mine. I was so upset that I wrote out a will! The article said the man that had that lump ended up dieing. I was trying to come to terms with my impending doom. I had panic attacks and cried everyday until my dr apt came up. Yea guess what it turned out to be. Nothing. Just a lympthnode. It was swollen bc I have allergies. Mostly just on one side tho. Weird how it works but I should have known that could have been it when my ear on the same side had an ache. I still get kinda scared when they swell up but I try not to bc I know its just my defense mechanisim fighting off infection. Its a good thing.
Sorry, I didnt mean to make this about me! I just wanted to point out that I dont think its a good idea to google your own symptoms. We start to use that to diagnos ourselves. We tend to worry about the worst possible thing we find. Like MS.
Your symptom is very well known to be a part of anxiety. I get it from time to time. Tightness in my throat or even feeling an inablilty to swallow. The more anxious I get, the more it bothers me. But I heard about others having this symptom of anxiety before I ever had it thankfully so I didnt worry too much. I have had this symptom on and off for years and I've always been fine. I do happen to get it tho when I'm eating sometimes. But never got choked. I just stop for a moment and relax. Sometimes it doesnt go away for a bit so I either wait a while to eat or I get a milkshake bc its hard to actually choke on fluids. I sip slowly.
Anyway, good luck! I believe that you are fine. I seriously belive its anxiety.
