Hi keggy and welcome. I am sorry that you are having trouble right now, relapses are terrible!
I'm assuming that since anxiety is not new to you, that you have had some therapy? Maybe it's time to look into a refresher course. Many people benefit from returning to therapy when they feel the stress gaining a foothold again.
Also consider what worked for you before! What were the things that helped calm you down, and combat the A/P? These things can help again. Did you use relaxation/breathing, meditation, exercise, ect...?
I hope that you can find some relief soon, and enjoy the good things in your life like your engagement-congratulations!
