but lately i was getting a bit obsesses with buying of health products and supplements. then i realised not all suits me. like last nite i was in the train, i got a little breathless, and that was uncomfortable. after alighting i went for a walk, and end up purchasing american ginseng with honey which i thought would help for the energy level/tiredness prob. but i couldn't sleep well and felt abit edgy. and i don't know if it was due to the ginseng i took. or the earlier anxiety related symptoms i had. but i did google and found that some ppl may get insomnia, restlessness when taking ginseng.
and i felt like lately i've been buying quite a bit of health suppelements, as and when i see something that i think might help with anxiety symptoms. and now that itself is making me feel kinda down and anxious, as i thought some of it might go to waste if its not suitable for me. eg the ginseng. and i plan to stop doing this. how do u curb urself not to go overboard with supplements and at the same time get what is necessary to help ease with anxiety/panic symptoms
i just need to write it out, even tho it might be absurd topic.
