Eeesh, this is hard, but you are right in that we should celebrate our talents and gifts!

Well I am the only 'performer' in our family, and the youngest, so everybody made a fuss over me and supported my dancing and singing efforts. I am grateful for their encouragement, as I have made a career out of it;)

Cooking and forgiving. I guess I should mention bargain shopping - not long ago I found a brand new Krupps coffee maker for $5.00, retails for $98.00!

I think I do well at understanding and advocating for people with mental health issues especially friends and family. I am devoted to people with disorders and very protective of anyone causing harm or making fun of these dear people.

I have great empathy for anyone with mental health disorders as I live through the same pain as they do.

Oh yes I spend money really well too. $$$$

I am joining in on this, what a fun thing to do Kitt.

I am a crafty type personn Some will call me an artist. I guess my painting and jewelry making are what I seem to do better. And wood burning. Though I haven't done any in a long time. Maybe I will start again. I seem to do more artsy things if I am depressed. I guess you would say it is a release.

Thanks! It has always been my passion after watching my sister suffer and then recover from her eating disorder. My heart goes out to all dealing with a mental illness. Take care!

Well I just have to add one more...My husband and I had an over-night date...went to a nice town just enough away, had a wonderful dinner, then sought out an adventure.

I ended up singing karaoke (Scareoke?) and I have to say that I am proud of myself:) There were a bunch of young kids, doing all the modern stuff, which is great, but I don't know it well enough to attempt it that's for sure. So I got called up, grabbed the mike and rocked it 80's style with 'Call Me' (Blondie) and 'We've got the Beat' (Go-Go's)

I even have to say that there was minimal liquid courage involved...just wine with dinner!

I don't think that karaoke counts as a talent, but I did want to share this ridiculous story with you guys;)

Me, I am getting fantastic marks on all the assignments I have submitted, it has been hard work, but so worth it when I get such high grades.

And on that SC, you said for every A I get, you would give me something, a dollar I think it was, please deposit $3 into my piggywiggy bank, lol

Thanks SC and Lil ole Kitt, I am amazed at my comprehension and abilities to put my thoughts across, I am really enjoying the process of learning so it is something I really look forward to doing, even when I feel stuck.

Nah SC, perhaps professor of the monkey business could be fitting though.

Hi Everyone,

When I first read this post I thought there was no way in H that I would answer that question. I don't do anything better than most people I know and I did not want to presume that I did. But, today I did something I never thought I would ever do: I performed a belly dance solo (did I mention I'm a belly dancer?). But it's not the belly dancing that I think I do better than most - there are lots of awesome dancers out there that are leagues ahead of me (although I did do pretty well if I say so myself;)) - it's my determination. If I have a goal in mind, come H or high water, I will reach it.
