My anxiety is so bad I can't eat. I am not anorexic or bulemic. But the thought of food right now really makes me feel like I want to throw up. It has now been six days. I am trying to stay hydrated by drinking but I am only managing a couple of cups of tea and some diluted apple juice during the day.
I have managed to eat about half of cup of white rice yesterday and today. I don't want to get physically sick now too but I don't know what to do...
