I understand what it feels like to not be able to go to sleep - try getting up and just reading through the threads here in the forums...............post to other members as that will help take your mind off the worrying about why you have anxiety.
My Dr. asked me once if I could not sleep what would be the worse thing that could happen to me ? The answer was my body would eventually catch up with me and I would sleep. Tossing and turning make things worse for me so I may get up and read or sign on to HW just to see what posts I may be able to respond to.
There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be, that's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.
