Hi everyone, had my first session with my therapist and she is lovely I really like her....she was so understanding and she really listened to me when I told her about
my anxiety issues...of course I cried buckets of tears telling her about
my family but she was so good, she gave me some great relaxtion techniques to use I will post them on the forum for others to use if they want them..
She said I have one of the worst cases of health anxiety shes ever seen, but she said with the cbt we are going to start doing next week I will recover...yay...I never believed that I could get well again but now I have hope that I will get better, and scaredy cat you were right I was so drained and tired when I got home I had a little nap....and I actually sleep for an hour..so everyone I am singing the praises of getting help and seeing someone for your anxiety problems.....hugs to you all your friend shannon xx
